Inferno, Kīlauea Portfolio, Hawaii 2012

“Inferno” was one of the first images I shot after arriving at the embankment, just before the rain struck. It was still dark and as I looked at the scene before me,  I was overwhelmed. It was like nothing I had ever witnessed.
